PRODUCT INFORMATIONConsidering that our jewellery has been handmade of recycled paper, each bead is unique. The sizes and colours of our jewellery reflect the uniqueness of the women who made it.
BEAD MAINTENANCETo maintain the colour and beauty of your Bead by Bead jewellery, we advise against exposing it to direct sunlight. By hanging or laying down your Bead by Bead necklace you will be able to prevent it from being bent or flattened. Bead by Bead jewellery is waterproof, but not water-resistant.
MENDING BENT JEWELLERY During shipment, Bead by Bead necklaces can become slightly rigid or bent. If you notice, while laying down your necklace or bracelet, that it is not quite straight, bring it to its original form by gently and slowly pulling along its length.
What can you do in case that your Bead by Bead jewellery is damaged? What can you do in case that your Bead by Bead jewellery is damaged? If your jewellery is damaged, feel free to send it to us for replacement, (see business terms). We will do our best to find a similar product and send it to you.
Can you have your damaged jewellery mended? Since all Bead by Bead products have been handmade in Uganda, we cannot mend it, but we will do everything in our power to replace it with a similar product to satisfy your desires.

Please choose the dominant colour and we shall do our best to match our capabilities to your desires. Think of it as a little surprise!
